Beowolves Lykos Wolfalikes is a small, family-owned breeding program located in Melbourne, Australia. Our passion for the Lykos Wolfalike breed drives our commitment to ethical breeding and responsible ownership. We strive to produce healthy, well-tempered puppies that will become cherished members of your family.

At Beowolves, our dogs are true members of the family. Our girls live harmoniously together and are never kept in kennels. They enjoy full access to our home and the spacious paddocks on our property in beautiful Gippsland, Victoria.

From a young age, I have been deeply fascinated by wolves, and developing a breeding program dedicated to the Lykos Wolfalike has become both a dream and a passion. My journey began in 2022 with the purchase of my first Lykos, Cinder.

​In April 2023, once Cinder was old enough, I completed her hip and elbow x-rays, achieving excellent results. Following this, I received approval from the Lykos Wolfalike Council of Australia (LWCA) to breed her under the Beowolves prefix.

To ensure that my breeding practices meet the highest standards of care and ethics, I have:

  • Successfully completed the Breeders Course with Animal Welfare Victoria​

  • Had my property and home inspected by the Council Rangers 

  • Approved for Breeding by the Lykos Wolfalike Council of Australia

  • ​Become a member of the Responsible Pet Breeders Australia (RPBA), which included a full veterinary audit and inspection

  • ​Obtained local council approval and all required permits

​I adhere strictly to the Codes of Ethics of each organization I am affiliated with, all of which uphold Australia’s most rigorous and ethical breeding standards. Every measure has been taken to ensure that Beowolves operates with integrity, transparency, and the utmost respect for the welfare of our dogs.

​The Lykos Wolfalike Council of Australia Inc. (LWCA) is the only official sponsoring parent club of the Lykos Wolfalike and other “wolfalike” breeds in Australia. The LWCA is a not-for-profit organisation, professionally managed by individuals with extensive experience in canine breeding, club administration, training, and related dog activities. Together, we are committed to the continued ethical development and recognition of this remarkable breed.
